Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

It is recommended that you make a reservation as soon as you know what bouncer you would like and which day you will need it. Saturdays are usually our busiest days so try to book at least 3 weeks in advance for the best selection.

We do accommodate last minute reservations depending on availability of both the inflatables and staff. If you are booking for a same day or next day rental you will not be able to book online but can call 651-882-6575.

We require a 50% downpayment when you make your reservation. The remaining balance is due at or before the time of set-up.

We accept checks and debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).

If paying with a check please make the check out to “Twin Cities Inflatables.” Personal checks must be received 7 days before set up.

For cancellations not related to weather, please call or email us at least 1 week before your event. You will receive a credit for the amount you have paid at the time of cancellation. This credit will expire 1 year from the date of cancellation. If you do not give the required notice for cancellation, a credit for your event may not be issued.

Our units can not be out in bad weather. If there is rain, lightning, or high winds (more than 15-20mph) it is not safe to use the inflatables and we will not set up.

For weather related cancellations, please call or email us at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled set-up time. You will receive a credit for the amount you have paid at the time of cancellation. This credit will expire 1 year from the date of cancellation.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

All small units and concessions equipment require a standard (120 volt 20 amp) outlet within 100 feet of the unit. Larger units may need 2 or 3 outlets, each within 100 feet. If you do not have access to the appropriate amount of outlets, we are also able to rent out generators.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Our prices are calculated by the day, so you’ll pay the same whether you keep the inflatable for 2 hours or all day. The daily rate decreases as you keep the unit for consecutive days.

Our tables, chairs, and many of our carnival games are available for pick-up, but the majority of our inventory must be delivered and set-up by our staff for insurance and safety reasons.
